Just Be - a channeled message

This morning, I was praying and the following message came to me (with me asking to fill in spaces for clarity):

"There is no more work than being in this moment, now, authentically as yourself. The wheel of life will continue to turn, and the movements, the little adjustments and nudges, will come. There is no need to run to and fro, constantly seeking outside of self. Decide who and how you wish to be in this world. Develop boundaries from that place, make choices from that place, and walk your walk. 

When it is time to move and shift, you will feel compelled to do so because of the connection of your heart's authenticity and what is really for you, meeting. 

So when the anxiety arises, turn within. Face the shadows. Be, here and now."
